Do the 'wai' say 'sawadee' and everything will be okay! To have the best smile and so the best time in Thailand you only need to learn 3 sentences:
Sawadee kha Hello how are you?
Khap khun kha Thank you!
Aroi maak kha The food is delicious
Do not forget as a woman to take a deep breath before you say the last word 'kha' because you have to pronounce the 'a' for about 10 seconds! For man it's much easier (of course) they just say khrap -sounds as kap-.
Today I'm gonna do nothing but swimming and eating. Just came back from a trip to Koh Jam with a great group of French people where we unexpectedly stayed overnight. So didn't pack a bag; no toothbrush, no shampoo, no extra clothes, no nothing. But hey, what do you need except sunscreen, mosquito repellent, good behavior and a camera to shoot memories? It was magical, I will show you soon. For now: BB pampertime :)
Khap khun khaaa,
